Creating an account is simple! Click the "Sign Up" button on our homepage, fill in your basic information, verify your email address, and complete your profile. The whole process takes less than 5 minutes.
Yes, HeartConnect offers a free basic membership that allows you to create a profile, browse matches, and send limited messages. We also offer premium features through our HeartConnect Plus subscription.
After creating your account, go to "Edit Profile" to add photos, write about yourself, specify your interests, and set your match preferences. A complete profile increases your chances of finding great matches!
Our algorithm considers your profile information, interests, values, and behavior on the platform to suggest compatible matches. The more active you are and the more complete your profile, the better our suggestions become.
Yes! Use our advanced filters to search by age, location, interests, lifestyle choices, and more. Premium members get access to additional filtering options.
Simply click the heart icon on a profile to like someone, or use the message button to start a conversation. If you match with someone, you can message them freely.
We use industry-standard encryption, never share your personal information with third parties without consent, and provide privacy controls so you can manage what information is visible to others.
Please report any suspicious profiles or behavior immediately using the "Report" button on profiles or messages. Our safety team reviews all reports promptly.
Go to the profile of the user you wish to block, click the three dots menu, and select "Block User". Blocked users will no longer be able to contact you or see your profile.
Go to Settings > Security > Change Password. You will need to enter your current password and then your new password twice to confirm.
Yes, you can temporarily deactivate or permanently delete your account in Settings > Account. Deactivation hides your profile but saves your information, while deletion removes everything permanently.
Visit Settings > Profile to update your personal information. Changing your email requires verification of the new address.
Try closing and reopening the app, clearing your browser cache, or updating to the latest version. If problems persist, contact our support team.
Make sure your photos are in JPG or PNG format and under 10MB in size. If you continue to have issues, try using a different browser or our mobile app.
Go to Settings > Notifications to customize which alerts you receive. Make sure your browser or device permissions allow notifications from HeartConnect.
